Asa freelance business controller, you will temporarily bolster a client’s in-house finance team. You will be joining a team that requires continuity, expertise or extra capacity, for example during peak periods, as a stand-in, or in times of growth or change.

What you’ll be doing (depending on the assignment):

• You will analyse financial results and translate these intostrategic insightsfor management
• You’ll take ownership of thebudgeting and forecasting process
• You will carry out in-depthvariance analyses
• You will act asaseniorbusiness partnerfor various departments
• You will optimisereporting andsetuphigh-performingdashboards and KPI structures
• You supportstrategic and transformation projects withfinancial insights
• In some assignments, you will take on acoaching or leadership rolewithin the controlling team

• You work asa freelance finance professional
• You have extensive experience in business controlling or finance management
• You combine strong analytical skills with a distinct business mindset
• You quickly take ownership and adapt easily to new environments
• You are fluent in Dutch
• You have experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus
