Quality is our top priority: we carefully select our projects and invest heavily in coaching and follow-up. Hyphen deliberately focuses on mid-level and senior profiles, with consultants who have an average of three to fifteen years of experience. This ensures strong in-house expertise and an environment where you’re constantly learning from one another.
Our core business consists of projects in accounting, controlling, and finance management, all at the mid-career to senior level. These are substantively challenging assignments where you can apply your expertise and further deepen your knowledge.
We work with leading multinational companies, as well as large and medium-sized Belgian firms. Our clients operate in virtually every sector, from retail to manufacturing and from healthcare to media. We’re a well-established name in Flanders and Brussels. Companies easily turn to Hyphen when they need temporary finance or legal support.
On average, projects last about 11 months. They often start out shorter but extend longer when there’s a good match between you and the client. Some assignments are deliberately limited in scope, such as a replacement assignment lasting just a few months.
Our office is located in the bustling Antwerp South district, but our clients are spread throughout Flanders and Brussels. When searching for a new project, we always start with your place of residence and apply a maximum commute time of about one hour, often combined with remote work options. Within that region, we look for projects that suit you.
During your project, our business managers and HR Business Partners will check in with you monthly. This allows us to stay closely involved and make quick adjustments where necessary. In addition, we follow a structured process of development and evaluation meetings. Feedback from both Hyphen and the client is shared with you openly and transparently, so you can continue to grow in a focused way.
We believe it’s important to create a warm and supportive home base for our consultants. You’ll see your colleagues during team-building events, training sessions, and an annual incentive trip abroad.
