When an assignment arises, we search our network of interim managers for the most suitable solution. You’ll have a single point of contact, but behind the scenes our team works closely together.
Because we continuously and proactively monitor our talent pool, we can respond quickly to new requests and propose a selection of strong, suitable candidates within 48 hours.

Our freelancers usually work on an all-inclusive daily rate. At the end of the month, we provide a timesheet detailing the work carried out, if required.
Once approved by the line manager, we issue the invoice. The standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.

We tailor our services entirely to the client’s needs. Together, we determine the start and end dates of an assignment, with scope for adjustments along the way.
By default, we provide a one-month notice period, but this is also negotiable. Whether it’s a full-time or part-time assignment, short or long term, we work with you to find the best solution and ensure clear agreements. A phased start or wind-down is also perfectly possible in consultation with the interim manager.

We know the market inside out and always ensure a rate that is in line with market conditions for the assignment, the profile and the context. We usually work with an all-inclusive daily rate, including travel and standard expenses. An hourly rate is also possible where this is more appropriate.
Important to note: an interim manager only invoices for the days actually worked. There are no salary costs, holiday entitlement, training costs or fringe benefits.
For assignments involving exceptional travel or additional costs, we will work with you to determine the appropriate arrangement.
