Description
As an important member of the accounting team you will have a diverse range of tasks, including:
Processing invoices and payments
Assistance in purchase invoice processing
Assistance in payment proposal preparation
Support in sales invoicing and customer reminders
Assistance in bank bookings
Booking of credit card expenses and employee expense notes
Monitoring of accounting mailboxes
Assistance in reconciliations and preparation of monthly provisions
Profile
A first experience in a similar role is a big plus
You’re able to work organized, accurately and are eager to learn
You’re comfortable with working under deadlines while maintaining a positive mindset
You’re fluent in both French and English
You have experience with ERP systems (Adfinity is a plus)
You’re proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
