Hyphen (part of Dixon & Company) specializes in finance interim management and finance project consulting. After several years, we have grown into a well-known niche player with 100+ projects in progress throughout Flanders and Brussels. This means that on the one hand we work together with a large network of freelancers, as well as develop a boutique with our own project consultants. We guide them daily in finding a suitable and challenging project for our customers. We do this in a very involved, authentic and enterprising way.
Our team works from a brand new office in Antwerp South. To expand our commercial team, we are looking for a new colleague, a recruitment consultant.
As a recruitment consultant you fulfill a key position and you are the driving force behind successful finance projects.
It is necessary to properly the needs of the finance management understand that your partner can establish a qualitative quest with a generally high importance.
As a true recruiter, you look for the most suitable finance professionals, who can be interim managers as well as our own project consultants. You discuss with them what the project can offer them and together you look at whether this could be an interesting next step.
You then take on an advisory role and discuss the profiles with the customer. You guide both the customer and the finance professionals in this process with a view to a successful collaboration. Afterwards, you ensure good project follow-up with both. Guidance is more intensive for our own project consultants. This means that you go to an interim evaluation meeting at the customer together with the HR Business Partner. Here you discuss the performance of the project consultant and in which areas he or she can develop further (via coaching or training).
Our project portfolio consists of finance projects within the various finance domains, such as subdomains such as accounting, controlling, finance management, ERP & BI, treasury,…

In this role you will have the opportunity to independently manage your processes at AZ and to fully expand your customer portfolio. During your training program you will be trained in finance as well as learn the tricks of staffing.
