About us

Hyphen (part of Dixon & Company) specializes in finance interim management and finance project consulting. After several years, we have grown into a well-known niche player with 100+ projects in progress throughout Flanders and Brussels. This means that on the one hand we work together with a large network of freelancers, as well as that we develop a boutique with our own project consultants. We guide them daily in finding a suitable and challenging project for our customers. We do this in a very involved, authentic and entrepreneurial way.

Our team works from a brand new office in Antwerp South and meanwhile they form a warm nest of more than 25 people. Specifically for our division, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern or job student who offers support in the various domains in HR, with a focus on the internal recruitment process.


You help the HR BPs in the internal recruitment process to recruit finance professionals (with a background in audit, accounting or controlling). You will have the opportunity to support the different phases in the process step by step.

Concrete tasks in this role may include:

  • You provide overall support in the internal recruitment process: during (planning) the interviews – uploading candidate information into the system – sending out and analyzing a personality assessment – ​​contracting – onboarding…
  • You bring out your smooth pen to write various vacancy texts and post them on various channels;
  • You actively and continuously search for new candidates by conducting searches in LinkedIn, Stepstone, our internal database…
  • You learn magic in Linked-In by making different searches. You are creative to write to different target groups so that you would certainly find the best in class candidates;
  • You conduct thorough CV analyzes and do a first screening of candidates.
  • In addition, as a supporting centipede, you handle administrative tasks for various processes within HR . This means in the domains of learning & development, events for employee engagement, campus recruitment, employer branding…


  • You can preferably work with us for several weeks or months, up to 3 days/week ;
  • You have, or are working on, your bachelor's/master's degree;
  • You have an affinity with HR. Knowledge of finance is a very nice to have;
  • You get energy from human contact, learn quickly and work proactively;
  • You are hands-on, pragmatic, work independently and are flexible;
  • You are assertive, communicative and not shy about calling people.


With our guidance and coaching you will have the opportunity to experience an experience in HR and recruitment. Depending on your ambitions and capacities, you help shape your internship/holiday job. The scope of your role can broaden with more responsibilities. Our goal is that you go through a nice learning curve throughout your internship/vacation job.
