Description
As a Business Controller you work closely with the Controlling Manager and act as his/her right-hand man. You work in a team of 4 people;
You are the financial sparring partner for the various business teams;
You analyze the costs of various projects and business units, map risks and opportunities and provide insight and story behind the figures ;
You are actively involved in the annual budget preparation and the periodic forecast cycle ;
You proactively look for optimizations at different levels (processes, cost efficiency, invoicing, quotes, reporting tools,…) and develop action plans to roll them out in practice;
You work out various ad-hoc analyzes at the request of the business or proactively as your own action.
Profile
Master degree in Economics or Finance.
5 years relevant work experience in audit/controlling. Experience within the BIG4 is a strong plus.
You are a crack at Excel . Experience working with an ERP system is a plus;
You are Dutch and speak fluent English (must!);
You are a strong and assertive communicator;
You have a strong analytical eye and dare to expose process optimization possibilities.
You are result-oriented and goal-oriented , and you always ensure that deadlines are met efficiently;
You have a critical mind and can keep a helicopter view.
You are flexible, accessible, conscientious and work meticulously.
