About our client

For our client located in Flemish Brabant , we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer - Ad Interim for the daily management of the A/P team.


As an Accounts Payable Officer you work half of your time with the AP team and you are responsible for the follow-up of all daily accounts payable administration .

These are your responsibilities :

  • You coach a team of 5 employees
  • You also constructively contribute to the optimization of existing internal processes and tools . You agree this with the Finance manager.
  • You carry out checks on procedures related to authorization and segregation of duties
  • You support your internal customers with regard to the procure-to-pay process
  • You monitor relevant master data


  • A topper in the field of Accounts Payable and who has at least 5 years of experience as an A/P in a (medium) large organization
  • We are looking for a proactive and meticulous employee with knowledge of BEGAAP and ERP packages such as SAP
  • It is also important that you can organize your work independently and set priorities
  • Because your internal customers come from all over the world, it is also useful if you speak English and Dutch
